I'd like to share a sketch of Norma Jean aka Marilyn Monroe

Monroe, one of my fav object to sketched, she had her own style and it doesn't take much to recognize her. The Hair, the Smile, the Gesture, her little mole and maybe her voice too. I remember I was in High School when i first drew her, There were an assignment about classic object and she was the first that came out.

Seen few of her movies, although she was not a strong "talented and skillful"  but i find her is very captivating to watch. Her beauty is divine, a classic one, I bet no man on earth could say that he don't want her. Seven Years Itch is one of my fav.

I heard her songs too, mostly from the movies, musically she had unique voice, spoiled tune and i found it quite teasing. Not much to say about her musically skills though. Well it's Norma Jean ...All about her Figure .. an Everlasting Classic Beauty ... call her Monroe, Marilyn ...

After Ben and Danny .. this time I'd like to share my 2nd sketch of Chris H ANTM 2.0

Chris ... this is my 2nd time sketching him, earlier this morning (Indonesian time) I sent a direct message to chris about music that he listen recently he said he listens anything so i chose Bon Jovi's Cross road album to accompany me sketching him  .

The Idea of making this sketch is i wonder if Chris is member of Cullen clan. I made a creative change from the original picture and turn Chris into Vampire look style. And yes it turned out a very nice result, especially on the color version,, I find it very nice ...

Chris also kind of give me support into making art, i remember he said sketching is my blank canvas and i'm free to put anything on it ... Chris ,, I hope you like this one bro ... All the best ...

In the Beginning 

This time i'd like to share Adam and Eve inspired Sketch ...

Idea of making this came when i want to sketch a nude sketch again, I did with Cupid and Psyche but it's not too nude, at the first time this sketch was completely nude, but in the end i decided to put some leaves on their genital with i think it would be more artistic hahahaha. Look at this ,,, you would think this is more artistic, wouldn't you?

Sketching nude is fun though. You see, it's not about being pervert but more about appreciating the beauty of human body. I'm always avoiding any sketch which directly for sex poses or sex scenes, cause you know it would be inappropriate to watch for some viewer. It's nice when I sketch nude by listening to Madonna's Erotica or Bedtime Story albums. The lyrics of few songs somewhat quite intriguing and very persuasive and some i found straight to a sex talk or dirty stuff but she made it smooth by picking the nice words so it would be not too vulgar but frankly the albums still got Parent Advisory label. It always gives me smiling when I hear those nicely- naughty- words throughout the songs. It took quite time for me to enjoying the albums in a particular way cause I have to listened it often to get into it hehehehe. 

My advise if you sketching something, try to listen some music along with it. for me it could gives me relaxing and makes my imagination goes further, Try by putting your favorite tracks on your iPod or some songs that make you inspire or boosting your mood so the process could have been fun and the result come out beautifully. But in the end sketching for me it's not all about the result, but more of satisfaction of putting my imagination in the paper and how I spend my time in quality way ....

Setelah gambar yang pertama yang jadi bahan eksperiment jadi ketagihan gambar klasik ... This time i want to sketch another Classic, same theme, The Abduction of Psyche.

Jadi juga gambarnya.. You know, I Feel kind of a new sense in sketching while doing a classic, I can't tell but it's kind of new excitement and 

not to mention the result is better than my previous works. and I'm doing it with my own "style" which I intended that the sketch will look "Recent"

cause practically I couldn't do it as Classic as the Original hehehehe....

Udah lama ngga nge post .. kali ini mo coba gambar masterpiece klasik ... dengan gaya ari sendiri

Bouguereau. is one of my Idol, It's rarely that I draw a classic, karena selain beban moral takut malah lebih ancur juga karena tingkat kesulitannya juga tinggi. Ada beberapa kawan yg juga suggesting me to draw from a masterpiece but i said that i'm not ready yet hehehehe

The Idea of making this drawing is when I download album Greatest Love of All.. Pilihan lagunya bagus jadi terinspirasi buat gambar couple. I challenged myself to do it with a random songs. As you know kalo lagi gambar ari selalu pake musik, Nah kali ini ari bikin playlist yang rada rada berantakan. Lagu dengan genre dan penyanyi yang beragam. Intinya ari mau buktiin if these musics would affect me during the process of drawing.. Berikut ini 30 Playlist yang ari bikin buat nemenin gambar...

This playlist is the most random one that i ever create hahaha.. in kalo di dengerin beat nye ntu ancur ancuran beragam dari lagu dengan bermacam genre dan bahasa.. pas mulai gambar di lagu pertama ngga ngaruh tapi lama lama cekikikan karena pergantian tiap lagunya jomplang banget. The question is .. Did this playlist bother me? No it didn't. I'm still focus on my drawing although the songs were ups and downs kaga karu karuan. Gambarnya tetep lancar wkwkwkwk
